Summer is grilling season and I absolutely love a fresh grilled Ribeye Steak for dinner. This is one of my favorite cuts of beef and grilling it gives it amazing texture. This is a great dish to serve for backyard barbecues and it goes with just about every side dish you can think of. The recipe works with a gas grill or charcoal grill.
